Streamlining the process of taking home and setting up a portable speaker that knows what users want to hear before they do
Aether's Cone speaker was getting ready to launch and Aether needed a way for customers to order the product. Because they wanted the OOBE for the Cone to be unique to each user, their ordering process had some unique requirements that weren't served by off-the-shelf payment processes. I led the team that designed and built the custom checkout process, as well as helped them tell their product's story better through revised information architecture and a revised interaction model for their marketing site. I also created the Cone's web companion experience, where users could manage their audio sources and like/dislike songs.
